All Sales Final

  • All sales of “Fix It Yourself” (FIY) items and closeout items are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for these products.
  • These items will be clearly identified on the website.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements may only be requested for defective items that are NOT labeled as “FIY” or “closeout.”
  • We reserve the right to either replace the item or issue a full refund.
  • Customers must contact us via email within 10 days of the purchase date to request authorization for a return.
  • A refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item for user damage.

Return Authorization Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us within 10 days of purchase to request a refund/exchange.
  2. Your email must include the Invoice Number
  3. Provide Payment Details: To expedite the refund process, include:
    • Type of card used (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
    • Date of purchase
    • Name on the credit card
    • Credit card number, expiration date, security code, and billing zip code
    • If you prefer not to send payment details via email, one of our associates will contact you within 5 business days between 9 AM – 5 PM EST to collect the information securely.
  4. Receive Authorization: Upon verifying your request, we will send an authorization email confirming whether your item will be refunded or replaced.
  5. Return the Item: Item must be returned in original packaging.
